Interviewer: Mr. and Mrs. Kastan, thank you so much for sitting down with me. Let’s get started, okay?
Bill: “Sure. What’s this for again?”
Julie looked at him.
“I told you, for a book. She already talked to David and Jack and Stephanie.”
Bill: Oh, right.”
Interviewer: “Let’s start with Julie. If your husband asked you to run away with him, what would be your reaction?”
Julie: “Yes, always yes. On one condition.”
Bill: “That there would be donuts?”
Julie: “That there would be donuts.”
They both laughed.
Interviewer: “Sergeant, what is the most attractive part of your wife’s face?”
Bill: “Just call me Bill, please, and I can’t answer that.”
Julie: “Sure you can.”
Bill: “Okay, um, I guess her mouth.”
Julie rolls her eyes: “So romantic.”
Bill: “What? I told you I can’t answer that because you’re the whole package. I love every part of your face.”
She blushed and he grinned.
Interviewer: “Julie, do you like it when someone stares at your husband?
Julie: “Like in a sexual way?”
Interviewer: “I think in any way that makes you uncomfortable.”
Bill looked at his wife.
Julie: “Well he always gets stares. He’s a beautiful and strong man. As long as the only person he’s looking at like that is me, then I don’t mind.”
Bill kissed her.
“Always.”
Interviewer: “Okay, let’s get a little more intimate.”
Bill: “Seriously?”
Julie: “Come on, just have fun.”
Interviewer: “Bill, do you like to have sex in the winter?”
Bill: “Of course. Do people actually say no?”
Julie laughed.
“I think because it’s cold.”
Bill: “What better way to warm up?”
Julie laughed again.
Interviewer: “Julie, do you like to read sex stories?”
Julie: “Of course. I am always looking for new ideas.”
Bill blushed.
Interviewer: “Keeping with that idea, Bill, what’s your weirdest sexual fantasy?”
Bill: “Define weird.”
Interviewer: “I guess anything you would feel a little strange about asking your wife to do.”
Julie faced him and waited.
Bill: “I don’t know. I love our sex life. I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to do something that she has said no to.”
Interviewer: “Okay, Julie, how about you?”
Julie: “I think we’re pretty adventurous. I can’t think of anything.”
Interviewer: “Bill, what was your first impression of your spouse?”
Bill: “She was someone I needed to talk to.”
Julie: “Really?”
Bill: “Yeah.”
Interviewer: “Julie, when and where was your first kiss?”
Julie: “After a date. It was like our third and he hadn’t touched me. I was frustrated and figured he wasn’t into me like I was to him. I walked out and he went after me and we had the most passionate first kiss ever.”
Interviewer: “Bill, when did you have your first fight and what was it about?”
Bill: “I think our first major fight was when I told her we were through because I was going to be leaving town. It lasted about an hour because I couldn’t stand being without her.”
Interviewer: “Julie: which one of you said, “I love you” first?
Julie: “He did, but I said it at the same time. He took me out for a walk just to tell me he loved me. I was in love with him from our first date, so I told him.”
Interviewer: Julie, do you make love as often as you would like?”
Julie: “Sometimes I worry when we go too long between nights. I don’t want him to ever feel like I’m not interested.”
Bill looked at her.
“You should never worry about that. I am completely satisfied.”
She blushed.
Interviewer: “Bill, how would you describe your spouse on your wedding night?”
Bill: “Gorgeous and amazing and sexy and my dream.”
Julie smiled.
“He’s such a charmer.”
Interviewer: “Julie, what do you find most physically attractive about your spouse?”
Julie: “His arms. He can hold me until all I hear is his heartbeat. He has immense power in his arms and he is the most tender man.”
Bill blushed.
Interviewer: “This is for both of you. What does your partner wear to bed?”
Bill: “I used to wear nothing, but the kids have no respect for closed doors, so I always wear pajama bottoms.”
Julie laughed.
“We had an incident with the kids barging in, so it’s a sore spot. I wear a nightgown.”
Interviewer: “Julie, what grade would you give your spouse for their lovemaking?”
Bill: “That’s not fair. She’s a teacher. She grades for a living.”
Julie laughed.
“It’s very subjective, but I think he scores off the charts.”
Bill laughs.
Interviewer: “Julie, what do you admire the most about your husband?”
Julie: “His courage. He simply would do anything for his family and that, to me, is the most courageous thing. I don’t mean because he’s a soldier, but because he embodies courage in every single thing he does. He has been through things that would level the strongest of people and he gets up every day and continues to believe in the good all around the world. He is my hero.”
Bill wiped his eyes and blushed.
“Wow.”
Julie: “It’s true.”
Interviewer: “Bill, is there anything you want your wife to know that you don’t think you’ve told her?”
Bill: “Just that she’s the kind of person I aspire to be. She is kind and brilliant and fiery and resourceful. She doesn’t do anything half way and I learn from her every day. She is the best mother to our children and she loves me through everything I’ve put her through. She is simply the best person I know.”
Interviewer: Thank you both so much for talking with me.
Very cute
